The average Haringey home reached £638,690 in July, up 1% as annual growth more than halved. Flats fell 0.4%, and Camden dropped 10.1% next door.

Haringey house prices rose £15,386 as Islington fell 8%
Haringey rose 2.5% to £634,444 while London fell 2.5% and Islington 8.1%. It ranks fifth of 33 boroughs and is the dearest of the 14 that rose.

Hornsey School for Girls got 71% to grade 4 in English and maths, down from 75%. Highgate and Channing published too. The council published no figures.

The 91 will run beyond Crouch End Broadway to Wood Green through the new Heartlands estate after Haringey signed off the last road changes on 23 July.
