We checked 8 places selling real Christmas trees to Crouch End, from the Highgate pitch to Sunshine Garden Centre, for prices and dates. Updated November 2026.

There are 8 places selling real Christmas trees to Crouch End, Muswell Hill and Highgate homes in 2026, and this guide puts them in one place with prices, opening dates and the postcodes each one delivers to. Most people will land on the Pines and Needles pitch by the Woodman in Highgate, the one at Hornsey Gate in Finsbury Park, or Sunshine Garden Centre in Bounds Green.

Crouch End has no tree pitch of its own this year, so the list is four pop-up pitches on the edges of the area that deliver into N8, N10 and nearby postcodes, two garden centres a short drive away, and two London delivery firms with no shop to visit.

Prices for a tree of about 6ft

Seller Tree of about 6ft Smallest tree listed
Pines and Needles (online shop) £85 (6ft Premium), £120 (6ft Super Premium) £45 (3ft Premium)
Christmas on the Hill (cut, before delivery) £80 (6ft) £56 (4ft)
Christmas on the Hill (rental, before delivery and deposit) £80 (6ft) £30 (2ft)
Creekside Christmas (delivered) £104.99 (6 to 7ft Nordmann) £69.99 (3 to 4ft Nordmann)

Sunshine Garden Centre and Capital Gardens at Alexandra Palace do not publish tree prices online, so ring them. Pines and Needles’ prices are its online shop prices; ask at the pitch if they differ.

Pop-up pitches: Pines and Needles

Pines and Needles calls itself a British brand with Scottish roots and runs more than 40 pitches across London and the south of England, selling Nordmann firs graded Premium or Super Premium. None of its 2026 pitches is in Crouch End or Muswell Hill, but four close by list N-postcodes in the area for delivery. All four keep the same hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 9pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am to 8pm. Staff book delivery for you at the pitch: £52 to drop the tree off, or £75 with installation. Same-day delivery must be booked by 2pm and arrives between 3pm and 10pm.

Delivery and rental firms

7. Christmas on the Hill (delivery and rental)

Christmas on the Hill sells cut trees or rents living ones. Its rental trees are Norway spruces in pots with roots and soil: it delivers one in December, collects it in January, and takes it back to its farm for the rest of the year, where it is fed, watered and trimmed for the next Christmas.

It trims about half an inch off the base of each cut tree before delivery so it takes up water, and says it is aiming to deliver every tree this year by electric vehicle. Delivery and the rental deposit are shown at checkout, so enter your postcode there.

Price cut tree 4ft £56, 5ft £68, 6ft £80, 7ft £100, 8ft £120, up to 12ft £235; rental 2ft £30, 3ft £45, 4ft £55, 5ft £65, 6ft £80, 7ft £95; delivery and rental deposit extra

How we chose

We looked for tree pitches close enough to deliver into Crouch End, Muswell Hill, Highgate and the rest of the area’s postcodes, garden centres a short trip away, and firms that deliver across London, all checked on 5 November 2026. The Pines and Needles pitches have moved their dates before, so check the store page before you go. Pines and Needles’ Southgate pitch delivers to N11 but to no postcode in our area, so we left it out. We found no scout, school or church tree sale in Crouch End or Muswell Hill with 2026 dates; if you are running one, tell us and we will add it.
